Texas's House districts, before and after the 2025 map

In 2025 the Legislature replaced the congressional map drawn after the 2020 census with a new one, Plan C2333 (HB 4, second called session). It is the map for the 2026 election, and some members are running in a district with a different number from the one they hold.
